Thomas Moran

Thomas Moran is BIM Manager and Senior Architectural Technologist (BIM) at CJ Falconer Architects. Since joining the practice in 2015, he has played a central role in the development and implementation of CJFA’s Building Information Modelling standards, supporting the coordinated delivery of projects across the practice’s varied project sectors, and contract types.

Working closely with the Partners, Associates, and wider architectural team, Thomas oversees BIM workflows, multidisciplinary model coordination, and information management throughout design and construction processes. He also contributes to the continued development of the practice’s digital capabilities, technical standards, and shared resources – supporting accurate and consistent information exchange between clients, consultants, and Building Contractors.

Thomas is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, and an Architectural Technologist member of the RIAI. Thomas holds a BSc in Architectural Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Architectural and Building Information Modelling Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology (now SETU). He is additionally a Certified Passive House Designer, and also holds certifications and qualifications in Thermal Bridge Calculation, Revit Architecture, Building Performance Analysis, BIM document management, and architectural visualisations. During his studies, he twice received the Waterford Festival of Architecture’s John Roberts Award for High Academic Achievement.
