C.J. Falconer & Associates are delivering a new Waterford City & County Council Social Housing development – Ostmen Place – at Mount Esker, Ballytruckle, Waterford.

The existing site contains a single vacant dwelling house (to be demolished) and associated garden on the south‐east corner of the junction for the Inner Ring Road (R709) and the Ballytruckle Road (L1519).

It is intended that the proposed development will provide a focal feature for the south‐east corner of the junction befitting of its prominent position while being cognisant of the locality.

The development consist of approx. thirteen (13) one and two bed apartments over three storeys – with a mix of 2 x 1‐bed apartments, and 11 x 2‐bed apartments.
